Howard Jack 2 but Phils fall

Ryan Howard hit his 38 and 39th home runs of the year but that wasn't enough. The Philadelphia Phillies lost to Manny Acta's Washington Nationals.

The next game is at shea stadium on the 5th. This is the last time ever the phils will ever play in their enemy territory, as it is going down after 2008.

Brett Myers (8-10) will pitch for the Phillies tomorrow against Mike Pelfrey (13-8) in flushing NY.
